How long does a chip repair take?
Simple chip repairs can take as little as 30 minutes – usually no longer than an hour.
Can I drive my car after a windshield repair?
We usually ask drivers not to drive their cars for at least an hour after the repair or replacement to allow it time to cure. If possible, go straight home and allow the repair to rest for a full eight hours.
It’s only a small crack. Can I wait to have it repaired?
We don’t recommend waiting – small cracks are quicker and less costly to repair, and the longer you leave it, the more the damage can spread. You may ultimately need to replace the entire windshield.
